There is a difference in what a powerful person looks like in in various cultures. In some cultures the humble person who has a track record is the one with power. A magnetic personality is looked at with skepticism in some cultures.

The people who posture and are pumped are so draining to be around. I feel my immune system is affected and I start getting a headache or neck pain. It makes sense when people like that say they feed off the audience. They're sucking the energy out of the room.
