After so many years we get the all black shader it's so overdue

In the Triumphs section check the ones related to the current Festival

In the Left bottom you see a "peculiar" one that only has THIS:

After few hours it has been revealed wht are this

The first one.
Beat Fallen SABER using Clovis Bray mask

Second one
Kill 100 enemies in Neomuna using Nimbus mask

Third one
Make 25 finishers in Legend Haunted Lost Sectors wearing the Tormentor mask

LMAO they finally release a solid matte black Shader and it comes in the form of a Momento that can only be aquired for a limited time and only be used on crafted weapons. 😂

Edit: (2024) lol they brought back Superblack and it's also timegated. 💀

This is actually a reference to Superblack from D1, and a little more than you would think. Suoerblack was a shader in D1 that made your guardian only black. I kid you not, that shader was added during D1's Festival of the Lost.

Knowing how this is a memento now, we will never get superblack for armor, which is really upsetting.

It actually gives you a very slightly purple wood effect on some guns

Out of all the fancy shaders in the game the one I want the most is the simplest

I wish it had a more metallic look though. Not a big fan of the leather texture. It reminded me of my mistress who destroyed me every night with her leather whip.

FYI I believe it’s biolume that also turns most weapons all black with a fingerprint pattern.
