I would definitely be interested if she decided to franchise this! I tried her food and could not BELIEVE how good it tasted. There was no way you could convince me that the burger was vegan. Her recipes are amazing!

This was a Bold move. Vegan Food are always delicious .The reason why a lot of people holds this negative view on vegans Food is out of ignorance.. I have had vegan meals that is so tasty one may find it difficult to believe that there’s no meat included.. I have been drinking Green juices and eating healthy and the people around me keep commenting that I look healthy. I believe our community needed this awaiting those 20 new restaurants maybe one will be in my area.

I did section 8 housing for many years. My tenants were 95% obese. I am glad to hear about vegan/nutrition making a play. I hope this makes it to the lower socio economic classes (all races) because they are in desperate need of a nutritious diet!
