Sa US po meron silang unlicensed assistive personnel tumutulong sa nurse pero hindi sila makabigay nang gamot pero they can do basic nursing functions but with the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Adjust the salary in public and private hospitals to attract qualified nurses.

di nman ibig sbihing di nkpsa na di na qualified or they can't perform well.there are reasons why they failed.pwede nman clang nursing aid, that way nagkkroon n cla ng experience.tru working nman sk ngiging bihasa.d nman dhil nagwork k agad, e bisaha naka.let's give them a chance.msrap po yang pagkain na yan, we shld be greatful for what we have, some cant even identify the taste of good food, no house to live in, no clean clothing.sabi nga, kung mliit ang kumot magtiis mmlungtot, but it doesnt mean, they dont deserve a salary raise and adtl benefits lalo sa ating mga nurses na mahirap tlg ang work nila at at stake pa ang buhay nila dhil expose cla sa dif illness.

Hindi sila magfa-function as full-fledged nurses dahil sila ay magiging under the supervision of actual licensed nurses. Walang problema dito.

Not passing nurses they can practice as LPN assistant nurse as license practical nurse until they can get their license 🪪 as a registered nurse that what they do in other countries and they continue their practice as healthcare workers and professionals.

Ang daming time mag-rally eh.

Well…..

Let us not blame Sen Pimentel kse even the Passing rate for Bar exam is not fixed at 75% flexible po xa dpende sa porsynto ng kailangan mkapasa also the content of the Bar exam ay hindi parepareho minsan npkadali at minsan npkahirap cguro depende lng sa target ng SC na mkpasa..

we do have a lot of nurses around the Philippines, at puro LICENSED sila, kaso NASA ibang work places lang sila, yung KAYANG buhayin sila. Sad but Truth

Kailangan i kunin ang opurtunidad.
