Creating .EXE From GitHub Sources | Borderless Gaming

I made this video because I know there will be many searching to find a way to install a program that is from GitHub. And most programs from GitHub like Borderless Gaming are only sources therefore you would have to build it. I also made this video for the people that doesn't trust my files so they wanted to get it themselves.

I downloaded an app and each one I download keeps telling me that it still asks me for frame work 4.8, I have it installed and it doesn't work for my visuals, it is already becoming very obsolete

The version on the microsoft site is 2019 not 2017 does that matter? Also it says from blob vs_community(bunch of numbers).exe binary file 1.3mb when I download it. Is it safe?
