To plug in the USB in the first try every time, always remember to put the side with the open holes up. In this case, it was the side with the USB symbol. This is because, if you look carefully, the USB connection port has an obstacle in the up side (which is part of the mechanism that only closes the circuit when an USB connector is connected), and, in the connector, the side with the closed holes is another obstacle similar to the one in the connection port. Our objective is to make them touch each other from the side instead of being in each other's way I really hope I was clear enough
