I've followed their Twitter awhile back and had no idea it includes NFT! I'm with you on how disingenuous the devs for not fully and clearly disclosing that it's a block chain game. This is disgusting. Im betting that the devs and investors know that NFT are unpopular to the majority of people which is why they're being so underhanded like this.

So, in the midst of this, it seems the actual part where they mention NFT things got looked over, so I will point it out..

"Collect shards" This is not a game feature, it's NFT terminology. Sharding is a term for splitting up parts in a blockchain; aka, NFTs. These are called shards; they are parts of NFTs that are split up amongst people. They're basically outright saying "collect nfts". Also, "welcome list" is a highly used term in the NFT community which means a list of people who get involved in that place's good books to have early access to the NFT purchase (and, in this case, the game, as stated). Giving that person an avantage. I think it is extremely scummy how they are doing everything they can to hide it's involvement with NFTs, by using terminology that people thinking this is just some cozy game would look over. Which is upsetting, because this art and the game itself looks genuinely beautiful; It looks like something I would play if it didnt involve crypto. I feel sorry for the artists wasting time on this. Thank you for bringing attention to it.

“Digital collectibles” also doesn’t make me think NFT by itself. They wouldn’t be the first game to give out wallpapers or similar digital goods for your console/tablet/phone as player rewards. They’re so obviously trying to hide it

I’m honestly a little bit confused. Is it an actual game with NFTs in it or is it an NFT that looks like a game? It says it’s in development but anyone can say that about a game and never launch it. Look at Logan Paul’s cryptozoo scam, he said it was a game too where people can earn money from it by playing. It ended up being a scam. Imma deem it an NFT that looks like a game until further notice. 😅
