CAN’T FIND ANYTHING on SharePoint Online? 🔎 Search for it!🔎 #shorts

Are you always looking for files on Microsoft SharePoint? Can't seem to find anything? Try searching for it.
Did you know that the SharePoint search bar is contextual? This means that the search bar will display results depending on where you are in SharePoint. Be more intentional about where you search for a document on SharePoint.
Finding things on SharePoint will be so much easier if you remember these 4 things:
🔎 When you are on the SharePoint landing page—you’ll be searching all SP sites you have permissions to.
🔎 When you are on a SharePoint site—the search terms entered into the search bar will search the current site only.
🔎 When you are in a Document Library—the search terms entered into the search bar will search THAT document library only.
🔎 When you are in a List—the search terms entered into the search bar will search the list.
