Draisaitl is using one of the best curve types you can. A good old heel curve. I never seen one before until this year when I started playing hockey again after 15 years.

I honestly hated it at first but once you learn how to use it it’s truly one of the best.

I own a lot of pro stock sticks and the majority of players use some sort of variation of a heel curve.
