I did not have the same curl sagging issues as you, but after my first service, where I replaced the hydraulic filters and all hydraulic fluid cured all my issues with my sloppy front loader. It also removed a majority of the whining sound. Now looking into having the hydraulic pressure checked out the loader just to make sure I’m getting the correct pressure. My loader issues didn’t come till about 70 hours on the tractor. My issue was the curl and uncurl cylinders were very sloppy like they had air in them.

My experience has been that the sticky gear selector is a Hydro Stat thing. I use the accelerator on my Kubota to easily get it to go into gear every time.

Try this on leveling. After first straight line trips, Approach next two trips at 30 det angle approach. Only on final pass after shooting grades, marking low spots, Fill with front bucket rather than move placed material does one really work the draft control. You will soon learn the tractor and blade combo. For quick results push out top link, more cutting and drop tines 1 hole.

I have had my ct2025 for a little over a year. same problem with the loader, a local hydraulic shop is going to get me a flow restrictor for it. It should slow down the flow on the bucket tilt/curl without losing any power. I'm going to give it a try parts are about 40$. The range shifter sticking is the same here just a little bump forward or reverse releases the pressure and it works fine. The one thing that will help with loader control 1000% is an arm rest to steady your arm. Smoothing out ground for me I found a piece of chain link fence works awesome. A hydraulic top link opened up a whole new world with my box blade, stone rake, potato plow, rear blade etc. Next on my wish list is a hydraulic side link to adjust angle on the fly.

I have the same tractor. I have 145hr on it. I have the same issues. It's not perfect, but it's a good budget tractor. Having said that, I miss my green tractor. 😢 but I don't regret buying it.

That quick response in the loader is due to the 11gpm hydraulic flow. The Kubota equivalent has 8.7. It’s a good thing in most cases, just have to get a feel for it.

Sounds like the dealer is the best part of this tractor. The gears getting stuck are a good thing meaning the teeth are tight!!!

I have the CT2025 as well. About 40 hours on it, and similar issues except for the loader un-curling. I use my loader a lot, and never an issue. Gonna keep an eye on that now as I put more hours on it!
Thanks

JD 1025R does the same thing with the transmission lever. Gets stuck. Rock the HST pedals and it frees it up to move to neutral for starting.

With a box blade, a hydraulic top link will be your best freind ! Please trust me on this.

To switch it to a different gear while you’re using go to neutral and hit the gas a little bit and then try that’s what I learned

Slow idle speed may help the touchy lever

Bobcat just sent me this tractor to make videos about. Trying to understand why it needs a clutch hydrostatic tractor.

How are you liking it now? Just starting the video.

Did you perform a Break In service on the tractor? Engine and Hydraulic oil change after 50hrs. I could see that being the cause of the front bucket being touchy and the leak down.

I wonder if the situation with the bucket sagging is similar to your brake pedal. Possibly just a very slight amount of pressure or bouncing is causing the lever to move?

All in all it does not seam like a well built machine.

That your bucket uncurls tells me that either you cylinders or valve body is leaking internally. Seeing that you have two cylinders for your bucket it's unlikely that it's your cylinders. That would be warranty work. I operate a crane. If any function would seep it would be taken out of service untill fixed.

They aren't even bobcat built. They're a Korean brand

The problem with buying one of these tractors is the Bobcat does not make this tractor, furthermore I heard that Bobcat is getting out of this market and this tractor will become obsolete which may make parts difficult if not impossible to find in the future resulting in the resale value falling a lot. Good luck !
