Do I need an existing group to create a new Team or can create a Teams with just name of team and owner of team?

Hi Sir, I tried the same thing but was not able to make it working as getting some authentication error in the flow, do I need to set up any credentials etc for this, please guide me as I have the exact requirement for my project.
