How do you export clothes from marvelous designer to MMD? I wanna make a small animation about ABBA but I don't know how to export the clothes or the model

WOOW!!! I can create the clothes and pass it to blender (I resize it because it appears huge) well, then I export it to FBX or OBJ, but in PMX Editor nothing appears when I open it, I tried in the MMD plugin to convert it to pmx but not leave me, I need help :(
