Elisabeth from Canada!

Elisabeth is my main hair and makeup artist, Jezabel's mother. Jez's parents visited her all the way from Canada and Jez booked a portrait session with me. It is fantastic to have this stunning woman, Elisabeth from Quebec, Canada as one of my 50 over 50 women.
Here is Elisabeth's story.
"I grew up & lived in Quebec, Canada all my life & am the 7th child of a family of 8. I have worked in admin for over 30 years and I am now looking forward to retirement in two years as it will allow me more time to visit my two beautiful children. Being over 50 for me means taking more time for myself, I have also been taking care of my health & body inside out by exercising. Having four full seasons in Canada allows me to keep busy by practicing different sports; walking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, water-sport etc. This way I get to enjoy the outdoors & discover new places around where I live. All these activities I use to focus on my spirituality & it is a form of meditation for me.
The age 50 itself is not bothering me too much… I love knowing I am still healthy and being able to do what I enjoy the most. I am thankful for the life I have had & what is to come for me. I am feeling blessed!"

50 over 50 is a celebration of the diversity, strength, beauty, essence and wisdom of women in their 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and beyond. I share stories of women over 50 with beautiful photos and videos of the women whom I captured. I started this to show beauty of women over 50 since July 2018.
