I thought I liked the Merit lip oil the best, then I tried the Clarins mini lip oil set.... I was blown away! I love love love LOVE 💕💕 the swedish berry scent of them, I could smell it for hours! To get the shimmer you want in any lip oil or gloss, you can simply pop a bit of sparkly eyeshadow onto your lip, it works. If you like semi-gloss, get Pat McGrath pale nectar fire and the one called bronze something in the sparkly line, they are really And not very sticky otherwise I could not tolerate them

Amanda Z has a great video talking about the Rare Beauty lip oils, which are actually glasting water glosses. She demos several other brands (largely Korean beauty) that have been doing similar formulas for a while.

I loveee the Clarins lip oil!! I believe Clarins lip oil was released in 2015 and the Dior was 2020. I always felt like Dior took some inspiration from Clarins for the formulation.

The Rare Beauty lip oil looks lovely, will have to check it out. Revlon Kiss Balms are fantastic. Easy, comfortable, swipe on color, with SPF 20, in five shades. I've bought them repeatedly.

The volumizing glossy balm from Hourglass is one of my faves, especially the shade “Trace”. The Surratt lipsliques are great as well! I’m a lip balm/lip oil fanatic! 😍 The Dior lip oil in shades Rosewood & Mahogany are amazing as well as the Clarins lip oil in the shade chocolate!

You should start a series called “Same, Same but different” for every makeup category and use the video as a time to go through all the makeup in your collection to help show what products are very similar and which ones are totally different so you don’t feel the pressure to buy 5 products that are all going to do the same thing.
