I always use mealy apples in curry cooking the apples makes them taste so much better.

Surely this is now just apples going off/brown in chocolate? I’m sorry if I have this wrong, I’ve never seen it. Do you eat it frozen? I usually just cook apples going off and freeze them and add them to porridge, or yogurt etc bit by bit when I need them. X

To everyone in the comments confused about the vegan Carmel. The majority of carmels are melted sugar with butter and heavy cream, meaning normal Carmel isn’t vegan
