Bawumia rewards taxi driver who returned fishmonger’s money ¢20k for his honesty

Vice-President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has rewarded the taxi driver who returned an amount of ¢8,000 to a fishmonger who forgot her money in his car.

Dr Bawumia donated ¢20,000 to the driver, who has been identified as Isaac Ackon, after a video of his act of integrity went viral.

Honestly there are still some good people in this world oo. Two years ago, my brother visited Ghana from the States. And he mistakenly lost 2k dollars in cash. I was a suspect, he thought maybe I had stolen the money cos I used to take his small change 😂. The next day a tailor not too far from our house knocked at our gate and when I answered he said he saw this cash yesterday at his store after we had came and given him a few cloths to altereate. I was so surprised he brought back the cash

Similar thing happened in Liberia.the guy was a motorcyclist and he even borrowed it to work with.He found 50, 000usd and he kept it until he heard the owner aired it on radio. He sent the money to the woman. She gave her 1500 USD and people dash him money more than 50, 000usd. The state made him ambassador of integrity and even won scholarship to study in USA.he had jobs awaiting him once he is done with school It pays to do good.
