How to Publish a Podcast Episode on Podcastle

Ready to publish your show's first episode? Before you publish the first episode, first make sure you’ve created or added a show! Once we have that, all it takes is a few steps:

- Click on My Shows and select the show you want to publish from the list.
- Click on Create an episode; you can also click on Publish your episode directly from a project.
- Start by adding episode details and uploading the file.

If it's been prerecorded, then upload the episode's cover art. You can also just choose to use your show's cover art instead.

- Add the episode info, category tags, and additional details.
- You can either schedule a publishing time or publish the episode immediately. Select if you would like to publish now or schedule it to be published later.
- Click on Publish and celebrate with some confetti 🎉

Once the episode is published to your selected platforms, it will also be available in the Podcastle player on your show’s page.

Here you can also turn on transcription which will show the transcript of the episode in the sidebar.

PLEASE tell me what I need to do to actually get the podcast on the different podcast apps (Apple. Spotify. Google)! What do the "Connect" buttons do under the various podcast app icons (00:40)? Do I need to click those an do anything, or does Podcastle automatically connect it to those feeds?

Whats the point of hosting on podcastle if we still need to manually go add our rss to spotify which offers free hosting? It would be great if podcastle had an automated upload to spotify, apple, google

I am watching this video because my RSS feed is not working. When I go to Spotify and Apple they say its missing information.
