Land taxes should be abolished . We will never own our homes, businesses or land as long as we are taxed every year .

I agree with Ron leave it up to the city to make that decision. Definitely shouldn’t be a full statewide decision.

Here's the thing. The gen population are having an extremely hard time making thier house payment with the addition of increased home owners and most of these people also live in a flood zone adding to the already astronomical increase in monthly bills. the majority are living paycheck to paycheck, this may be their only way to stay afoat. You are talking about your nieghbors survival. Clearly not optimal.. not even for them... but it also may be thier only hope of saving thier families HOME. Im not on either side, unfortunately 😢, it all sucks. But its bigger than this topic, but if all you have control of is this topic, I don't urge you to change your mind. I urge you to just hear a different perspective. Every ones situation is different. Sometimes we voice our opinion relative to our circumstance.

simple, dont join a HOA community if you rent your house. No one should be banned from renting their property
