For people who hate brushing their teeth use disclose tablets as when it’s dyed it only goes away when your teeth are cleaned so if you want to have blue or purple teeth, don’t brush your teeth .

Thanks for the video. I bought some tablets recently but I had a feeling I was doing something wrong. I just have two questions to ask if you can be so kind. First, am I required to remove the dye off my tongue and second, when I brush my teeth and there is still plaque remaining, will the dye still be active?

Hello I have a question I had a hygienist visit last week and my gum on top left has been particularly painful especially when I use electric toothbrush x 2 a day plus floss. I picked up a soft manual brush and bush lightly but 4 minutes a day. I tried the office apparently I hve to make an appt to determine if using a manual brush is advised until information goes down 🤔 I also had a cavity in lower incisor èven tho I see her every 3 months. I'm despondent. Really wld like to know if manual brushing is ok. My dentist appt is 2 weeks away.
