It’s not a bug it’s considered a damaging effect from cleave set to 0 damage to apply the armour shred and it’s not exclusive to senna I use this on kha zix into full tank comps with ingenious hunter

Just tested it: if you build heartsteel and black clever on senna you brock electro cut with on attack when you brock heartsteel

Here's the thing, Pantheon can gain stacks of conqueror by his triple strike but can't gain lethal tempo or phantom dancer stacks. It's reasonable to adjust some champions to nerf or buff them for specific item synergy. And the thing in this video should be erased that shit is disgusting.
