Fears growing in Lebanon of an all out conflict between Israel and Hezbollah

Over 270 people are dead as Israel launches strikes on Lebanon, trying to target Hezbollah. NBC News' Hala Gorani reports the latest from Israel. Retired General Barry McCaffrey and former deputy national security advisor Ben Rhodes join Chris Jansing to react to the escalating conflict.
