Kal-L from Earth-2 featured in the Superman Blackest Night mini. The main universe Supes did get a black ring in the main title, like you mentioned, but this figure isn't supposed to be him.

when the company made these characters I think they should of went with the storyline . They should of painted the inside of his eyes " red ♥️ like it shows .instead making the eyes black and leave it " As Is
