Lyrics:
Elsewhere for an occasion I forget
Noticing it feels
So much like the last one
Wonder if we’ll miss each other again
Working in the city
Takes all your attention
Always need a little bit to adjust
Now it’s coming down
Even more than last time
Hard to know if you’ll be wearing too much
After feeling how the
Temperature is inside

I know that they’re asking you
If you really want to be there holding on
Wait a minute
When there’s something going on
Are you happy elsewhere

I want to stay out
I’m wide awake
Everyone I know here came
I’m thinking about a different place
It’s somewhere nice but far away
I want to stay out
But when you’re gone
I miss the heat always being on
The moments here now
But not to stay
Do i try to chase it

Someone said it should be hard to forget
Tried to but I can’t
Remember the last one
Know we’ll probably miss each other again
Being in the city
Takes up my attention

Pretty soon you’ll have to go
Only got a minute 'til you’re going on

Everytime I play Turnover's music, I automatically feel as if the world was a better place to live in.

This video reminds me of something you'd see on VH1 at 4:30AM in 1992...I can dig it

this is not my favorite turnover track but i don’t get why people are trashing it. they are still doing what they have been doing for years: releasing albums with different styles but still have that turnover touch. everyone will have their favorite turnover album but all of them still feel like turnover, and that is one of the many reasons why i love them

This album would have made a great summer jam. Oh well, guess itll make winter a bit less miserable.

I think this is one of the first bands i've ever liked through the progress of different sounding albums. This song is absolute fire, don't get my wrong PV was 10/10 but damn it sounds this so fresh.

I hear this song at a grocery store I work at every shift. I decided to Shazam it because I liked it that much.

Gotta admire them expanding their sound and genre.

I don't think it sounds that different. It has the dream-poppiness of Peripheral Vision with the chill, happy vibes of Good Nature.
I dig it.

I'm apparently late to the game and confess to never having heard of Turnover until I walked into an indie record store in Walnut Creek, CA and they had this record playing two weeks ago. The warm vibes of "Much After Feeling" swept over me, and I bought the vinyl immediately without even hearing the rest of the record. Needless to say, count me as the latest Turnover convert!

I love that they’re constantly experimenting with their sound. They’ve come such a long way.

Turnover reminds me so much of the strokes mood changes but more punk rock at first, even more chill later. Such great changes in sound for both bands. This song is amazing, vocals are great.

The thing I love about Turnover is that they’re constantly changing, no release sounds the same. While I don’t prefer this sound, I absolutely respect them for constantly exploring different sides of music.

Fell in love with this band back when they released "most of the time". Haven't been disappointed since.
