I have just bought one because I have a DJI drone and am so impressed with the camera and how smooth is footage with the gimbal. The pocket 2 is a drone on the ground!

My Osmo pocket my pre-release wishlist was:
-Clean video output from usb-C
-Live streaming option (using the smartphone connectivity)
-Built-in Wifi

-Better external audio connectivity (done)
-Joystick 
controller (done)
-Buit-in polarizer filter
-two selectable microphones, one pointing forward and one back, for interviews. (done)
-wide angle lens option (done!)

There’s a lot of confusion on whether freewell anamorphic/wide angle lenses work. They seem to fit fine...but Amazon says they’re not compatible. I can’t really detect much vignette going on. What gives?

Sounds perf for the walking tour of Europe I'm doing in June... gigs, sights, history, travel... hard to do all that with a phone and a bigger gimbal. I used to have a Flip - the one-button video recorder from 15 years ago, It died and I 've missed that pocket convenience ever since. Nice job Jeven and thx!

Thanks for the review! I have Pocket 1 with a bunch of add-ons. Pre-ordered Pocket 2 within 30 minutes of learning that it is available!

I have and still use both the original Pocket and Pocket2. Admittedly the 2 is the main camera with the OP used as backup or for the additional angle. Both 4K videos are virtually identical in most situations and their gimbals are equally solid. I nearly dumped the OP when It was having audio issues. It was way too expensive to have DJII fix the problem so I decided to open it up. Long story short, there was a loose connector that was easily remedied👍😄

It's good to hear they've updated some features. What about 360 rotation, overheat issues, antinglare filter, instability when walking with the gimble, night vision issues and few other things i cant recall from version 1...
