Okay, I was curious when I saw this video's thumbnail. I'm glad I watched it. I was rooting for the big gold colored robot because it showed a wide variety of techniques. I think it had a few misfortunes that cost it in the end.
I hope these teams are well funded and keep modifying and improving their designs and that the competition continues for years to come.

That orange one was just amazing! The way it moves, attacks and even stand up, a great piece of engineering! The only drawback was its operator, he sucked!
