1.tympanitic is normal sound due to hollowness of intestines, stomach
2.dullness indicates fluid accumulation and look for ascites
3.liver dullness on rt side-6, 8, 10 ics
On left side-8, 10, 12 ics(horse shoe shaped dullness)
4.fluid thrill
Auscultation-look for gurgling sounds
