6 killed in deadly helicopter crash in Hudson

A tourist helicopter carrying family members from Spain plunged into the Hudson River in New York City, killing six, including three children.

Logically it sounds like the blades broke loose somehow and chopped the tail off -- Otherwise I have no idea how both the main blades and the tail catastrophically fail in tandem.

I've never taken a vacation on a plane now never. With all these plane crashes that are happening I'm done I don't want to set foot on a plane or helicopter! No way! If I'm going on vacation I'd rather drive.
