I never liked Grandus. I don't think she was supposed to be living with her grandkids. It got around that by her living in the camper.

In DW and CBW 1 st interview together remember DW mumbled to CBW something like be careful your Mom could be watching. What was that about? As far as character, Grandus abandoned her children. She ran off with a woman. Allegedly Rose was her favorite. Allegedly with CBW she was very mean towards her. CW worked at a laundromat ( where Rose’s car was found) and Grandus would stop by and open the door and scream and belittled CBW. If this is all true, Grandus sounds like a real 💎

I’m glad you brought up grandus medication. As a nurse. When grandus was talking about her knee a huge red flag went up for me when she mentions medication. She looks very uncomfortable when she mentions “ the shot “. She looks again uncomfortable when she mentions her prescription. It’s so obvious when you watch it. As a nurse. Red flag to me for drug dependence or drug seeker if I was consulting with her on a medical level
What was the medication indeed. If it was oxy etc. what was her pill count when the police got there ? Why the rush to the hospital so early in morning ? …. Because it’s drug day ?? Was H helpful in distribution? I know young people can have the contacts. “Hunter throwing gang signs “ etc Checking Candus phone. Seeing the message “ it’s done “. ? Making sure he wasn’t ripped off in some way. ?? Was his phone kept so long to check history and contacts.
Number of interviews Candace pupils are tiny. And she slurs her speech. .. classic opioid sign of usuage. Or over usage I should say
Just my observation from day dot. I believe she would of been treated with an intramuscular pain injection possibly morphine and discharged with an ani inflammatory and pain meds if pain was that bad to get an injection Thanks for your hard work Don B

You asked a lot of good questions. Maybe Grandus is the master mind of all of this considering nobody hasn't been able to find Rose either. Who knows with this case? So many things have went through my mind in this case that it is hard to keep track of everything. I still have a feeling that the family knows what happened to Summer and maybe Hunter does too. Maybe he was told by Candus him IDK

That hot sauce packet phrase is a good one! I remember when my kids were young we'd have an annual extended family camping trip and every evening at the little kids bedtime (our youngest was in the same age group) one of the aunts lined her grandkids up in the motor home and gave them all benadryl to help them fall asleep. Our daughter would high tail it out of there, she was one of those that literally had to be held down and forced to take medication when it was doctor prescribed due to illness. It's totally possible that Summer and her brothers were a bit high strung and were sometimes given sedatives to make them sleep so the adults could party without kids in the way. And it's highly likely Summer was given too much of a sedating medication or possibly got into something dangerous that had been left within her reach. According to Tru it had happened before.

Don I'm soo glad you have covered Summer Wells case. Her parents aren't seemingly trying to help find their daughter. Just wish what really happened to Summer would have been said already!!!

Hi Don B. My first thought was oh no, peppermint. I have a knot in my stomach. Some meds are made to dissolve on your tongue and taste like peppermint. I take a med like that and I never thought about it before. Something is very suspicious with H's phone.
