FYI: those aren’t the wife’s things they belonged to the father’s girlfriend. She also died in a plane crash, which is why those personal items were left. The mother of his son is still a pediatrician practicing in another state. Seems like the dad was trying to impress a younger woman and overextended himself.

When I see a place like this the first that I think about is the bills, the monthly expenses, and the property will taxes eat you alive, the maintenance and upkeep expenses will send to the poorhouse. 👿
I can see no lawful way to afford a house like this myself. I really can't see anything but financial strain for the rest of your life. And God forbid that an unexpected emergency or disaster would come up and add a further strain to the financial burden.👿
I am sorry, but I can't imagine anything but misery and unhappiness trying to maintain this decadent lifestyle.
That's just critical thinking by me.😈
