Thank you for the Walk in the Cumberland Forest this morning  - GREAT GIFT :)  Am Loving my way through all your videos - I would love to see videos about CHICKWEED and YELLOW DOCK.  Hearing about all the connections with the Old World plants is fascinating, I have often thought of "them" bringing seed with them and how they managed their health NATURALLY in their new lands.

One of the first herbs I learned and used is jewel weed. I've used the raw juice and poultices to treat poison ivy. If you find one, you typically find the other. Nice vid.
