James has no idea, but this song saved me from a very dark and sad time in my life. I lost my father to cancer on September 23, 2013, exactly three months from my 17th birthday and six months later I was diagnosed with Clinical Depression and later with Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and as the GAD went untreated, it evolved. most recently for ADHD. Every now and then when I feel so sucked into Depression and along with ADHD, I feel so bad that I can't even stay up and stay awake. I just can't open up to anyone, I isolate myself because I know no one understands and I already feel so hurt that I know that if I tell anyone how I feel, I'm going to get a lot worse. So, I always come here and listen to this song, because it brings me so much light, so much comfort and makes me want to live! Because I know that even on my worst days, the darkest of them, I know that I must love myself with all my imperfections and pain, I must try to see the most beautiful around me so that I feel like living, of smiling through my tears, I must feel the love and see life in anything for me to live too, just as James mentions at the beginning of this song. In the original video for this song, the main character lies down in the middle of the street and everyone is looking at her there without understanding why, and then James comes and lies next to her, understanding what is going on and then, everyone lies down around them. Also, this always makes me cry, because when I can't breathe because of the emotional pain I feel, I do something similar, when it's raining I stand under the rain and cry, it's like a kind of therapy, I leave all pain, missing my father, all that anxiety at the moment, going with that water and it brings me such a relief afterwards, that it makes me want to move on despite everything, it brings me a new breath to face the adversities of life . And that makes me sure that when the sky is falling, I know it will only be for a moment and not for a lifetime, even if I don't have anyone to support me when I need it. But I know that in those days, God will be carrying me in His arms and protecting me from everything with His huge wings and He won't let me go. So thank you for that James, because that's what the world needs, songs that inspire and save you! I hope this video reaches many people who need to hear this message of love and hope. 😌🫂🎗💛

I really hope this song helps James in his darkest hours after the death of his wife.
I also lost someone 11 years ago now, very very suddenly in front of me of me . This resonated through every cell of my body at the time and soothed my soul ..and still does this day.
I have it on every playlist and even though it feels different now when I listen to it, I remember the times is gave me some measure of comfort at a terrible time …..😢😢😢
