as someone who's hands are hurt very easy because of a disability, automatic machines are actually really helpful. Plus we would eat the apple peel in my house anyway lol

sadly, a lot of people with dexterity issues or motor disabilities rely of these tools. the fact these tools have become popular amongst able bodied people is a bonus.

As a German, I can say that we eat apple with appleskin. Cause the skin has the most vitamins and all. Also, you just need to wash the apple and voila... you're good.

Most of those items that make normal people lazy are actually created for those that are disabled, but legally speaking they cannot market to those people so we end up with weird infomercials and simple tools for those who find it easier, fully or disabled.
