the gear that turns the brush is gummed up on mine and it's having trouble turning the brush to the point that the mother that turns it is shutting down.
if this isn't a built in brake down fetcher so we have to go and buy a whole NEW vac... how do I fix the issue?

Is there a video that doesn’t have music covering up the sound of the vacuum? I want to buy one but want to hear what the motors sound like first.

I have a different model cordless stick vacuum. The brush is malfunctioning and you all advertise a warranty, but want us to pay to ship in the unit since we don't live close to a service center?!?! Are you kidding me? It was great, while it lasted, but not good if your warranty isn't dependable.
