I never wore gloves making pizza. Unless someone wanted anchovies. I don't want my hands smelling life that the rest of the day. Hand washing does not get rid of the smell

Anchovies only work on a pizza if you already have a lot of big flavor toppings like olives and mushrooms and what not. And I love anchovies, like I can’t get enough of them. But this pizza sounds disgusting.

That makes me want to puke, I used to work at a pizza place and any time somebody ordered anchovies it made the entire strip stink. It was lucky that it only happened a few times a year.
