May 19 Merchant Meeting

Our special presentations included a sneak peek of the new Southern Market Center, Willow Valley Community’s Mosaic residential tower, and the Thaddeus Stevens & Lydia Hamilton Smith Historic Site, all transforming the intersection on Vine & S. Queen streets.

Exciting changes are underway with new development projects anchoring Downtown and connecting the city core and South Lancaster. These projects will provide new housing, dining, cultural institutions, and entrepreneurial opportunities—as well as attractive new destinations for residents, employees, and visitors.
