Why did the price jump almost double in less than a year?!

Lumbar support is not sufficient. Seat is far too stiff with no give. The biggest annoyance is how the arms are always moving in and out during normal usage. Skip the chair, and skip buying it "on sale" if you plan on being able to return it. They've built in a higher price for the ability to trial any of their products and bury this fact in fine print.
