I had a mega charged Bug Lord and I got 8 chaos cores!

Most chaos cores i got at once was 17, but that number is inflated because i had just got to elite level, and it was mostly rings and ring upgrades. Most i got from megacharged monster was 8, crazy pull and before elite level. But was still cool to see.

About late progression and gears. Once you hit Elites, i suggest you to stop grinding elx with quests and projects for a day, instead focus on chaos cores. I'll say 2 true statements: 1) there is almost no "bad" weapons, gadgets and passives, all of them see some use, especially in dojo. 2) Rings that you unlock after reaching elite, are a temporary equipment, and you will mostly get those rings from chaos cores from now on — only 1 in 5 cores will give you upgrades that are not rings.

It's really better to upgrade your main equipment slots as high as possible before you start hitting on those rings. And early elites levels upgrade really fast, even 60k of daily exp is enough to get ~5 levels, and you will get a ton of quests for dojo and rifts on top of that. Which means, this is the last time you will be able to properly upgrade weapons, gadgets and passives, so if they are under leveled (25 or lower) it is probably a really good decision to stop exp grind for a moment and focus on chaos cores

So, basically, pick the highest level map available and do laps until the megacharged baddies spawn and hope they drop chaos cores.... gotta love rng lol

This is basically Warframe. They should really add some of the good features warframe has. Bit they both have the same issue too, lack of end game
