hey, how are you guys holding up & what have you been doing?


i've been... recalibrating. i stayed in to rest, make music, read books and I listened to myself for the first time in a long while. i thought deeply about everything i’ve done. i re-examined my thoughts, decluttered my physical and digital space, built new systems to re-organise my life. i also went head on with my fears and reframed the way i see them for the first time.


sure, i was devastated by the ongoing pandemic bc never once in my life would i imagine witnessing something so intense on a global scale. i usually make sad songs but this one's an exception. amidst all that's happening, this one's a fight song for you! 💥
