I hate landlords bc property prices are skyrocketing well above inflation due to companies buying up large swaths of land and then charging way more than it's worth, I hate them because of companies like Invitation Homes and Black Rock I might never actually own a home, I hate them because they charged us $6k to move out of their house, 2k in cleaning and repair fees and then 4k in unlabeled "Misc" fees. None of us can afford the lawyer and court fees to fight them and the company knows it.

I’ve been a landlord since 2007 not sure how landlords can sleep at night renting in Ontario and that’s with a “CPC” government! Imagine if NDP or Liberals get back into power?😂 I learned over the course of all this to stop fighting a lost cause and take my business to the US where a landlord has the same rights as any other business owner! Imagine that!!
