How to find out if ADFS is currently managed by AAD Connect? This is not quite clear to me. I have ran the Update-MsolFederatedDomain (however without removing the relying party in ADFS) command in the past but I still have all the claim rules present in ADFS. Is this expected?

Does anyone know, how to detected whether the domain is federated or manged? For exmaple in scenarios where not all domains of the tenant are federated. Is that based on the users upn or is there another method?
