The feet are blanched in boiling water. The very top skin (the part that would be very dirty) is then peeled. After, they are cooked. The ones in the stores have already had the epidermis(top skin layer) peeled.

As a country bumpkin I was raised on chicken and pigs feet. People who don't try stuff just because of how it looks really miss out on some good grub. Don't knock it until you try it. Pickled is how I always like them. But fried is really good too.

I’m not one to judge what others eat but chicken feet, cow feet, cow tongue, or any animal feet or tongue are just something’s that I’ll never understand but hey if yall enjoy it then that’s all that matters 😂❤

We Laotians eat it too:D But more dry lol. And with salt + some sidedishes in my experience. My uncles would joke around to us kids that they were "ghost-feet" in order to get the kids to eat something else, so they have more chicken feet for themselves 😂😂 Too delicious after all and I would love to try the Korean version of it:)

In Trinidad or Guyana they souse it which is vinegarette it either onion, garlic, pepper 🌶️, cucumber and seasonings. Cook it then put in the fridge eating it cold mmmm so yummy

Chx feet are good for the skin & joints. Rich in collagen. One chx feet a day will be sufficient
