1) Det. Golubski SHOULD be indicted on the MURDERS of At least 3 women Golubski was the LAST person to see them ALIVE... After they had reported him for rape. 1 womans body was dumped in EDWARDSVILLE where he lived, ( 20 miles from KC ) after she was seen getting in his Dept. vehicle.
2) He was indicted in TOPEKA- NOT KANSAS CITY KANSAS FEDERAL COURTHOUSE. There was obviously procedural maneuvering on a Federal Level BEFORE the indictment was unsealed- had to be a Special motion filed beforehand to change the venue to Topeka . This type Official irregularity is EXACTLY why the Investigation for the rapes took 25 years, and the Murders disappeared.
3) Federal Marshall Ron Miller ( Head of Kansas City Marshall's office) was Golubski's Boss as KCK Police Chief. He KNEW about the Rapes and Murders ... there is a QUOTE online by Miller He KNEW Golubski his subordinate was extorting women, it was an office joke.
In 2005 there was a secret Internal affairs investigation into The Murders and Rape-
Chief Miller was ADVISED to resign - or get HIT with the investigation of crimes he knew about on his watch.
2006 Chief Miller Resigned and was hired as Chief of TOPEKA police dept. Golubskis PARTNER became KCK Chief - to thwart the investigation and cover MILLERS retreat.
Around 2016 Miller received PRESIDENTIAL APPOINTMENT to Head of the KC Marshall's Office while another of his Kansas city officers became Chief in Topeka AGAIN covering his retreat, and MILLER became the federal Authority in KC -
Miller has a vested interest in obstructing the Golubski investigation, and it's impossible that a federal investigation happens in Kansas or Missouri and MILLER isn't involved .
It's why Golubski isn't being Charged with the Murders of the women he was last seen with, it's why it's taken YEARS for an indictment for just 2 rapes, and why the case is being Ran from Topeka, and NOT KC.
