you are exactly right, I created an app using Realtime and my results are exactly the same as yours, far from what Open AI demoed in their release, I also use Vapi in the same app, no difference I could hear. It will get better for sure. Thanks for the video, ❤️ it

Glad to here you have issues to get emails correct. I’m going to pass on asking email at this point. Would love to hear update when there is a better way to handle that especially on the context of booking appointment. I have a strong accent and even my name being spelled and confirmed by the assistant is not passed properly into VAPI tool parameters. It only pass the original version it hears and not the corrected spelled version. Frustrating.
