Chicken thighs are a favorite in Japan? That's it! I'm moving to Japan. Thighs, legs and wings are my favorite, the breast always gets fed to my four legged clean up crew. Loved the video as always. 👍👍

We freeze all of our meat chickens whole on butcher day because we are too tired to cut them up… Lol.
Deboning meat is such a great skill. Then save those bones!
Excited to see this!

I had never done this before and although it wasn't as easy as it looked, it was a great guide and I managed it fine. Just need a VERY sharp knife. Excellent video - just what I was looking for! Thank you.

Thats a perfect leg right there. I had filet legs like this in Thailand all the time from my favorite street BBQ lady. Her kebabs were ridiculousy good. She's in Asok/Sukhumvit right in front of the exhange bulding on the southeast corner. Thanks so much for the video, I can make my favorite chicken at home now!

Thank you so much! I understand this better now! Sorry we Americans have tiny chickens. 😂 We also tend to cut off the skin.
