He needs to suck upon a milker, but where are mother nature's milkers...? You can see the distress in his eyes that results from a lack of an answer to this very question. The question, "What now?" is a profound, though nihilistic phrasing of the realisation that once one has squidged mummy milkers, it's all down hill from there.
