This movie was so-real it’s very realistic in a sense that life is full of surprises through the good and bad.

Jena Malone in a lead role 😍. Jena's earliest work is full of heartbreaking angst; more recently she's doing quirkier films that think outside the box in a more positive way, which I think reflects her own outlooks on life - one senses she picks roles that speak to her, and that the message they convey is almost coming from her, so real does she play her characters. It's like when you hear a song, and you feel like the singer is speaking directly to you (coincidentally she is also a singer). The message and plot of this movie are not entirely clear from the trailer, which I like, so I think some of the negative comments here are making assumptions about what it's about.

I really hope this will be good, when I start hearing music that usually features in old navy ads and wistful montages, I do worry. I liked the relationship developing between the protagonist and crusty man, so will def go see…..
