You DO have to get the first two at the beginning, we had to restart all over again because of this. Hate this puzzle

you have to do the last step, step 9 all in one run. If you dont have 4 numbers showing up to input the code that is why. You have to start from the beginning of the dungeon and go through and shoot all 4 ovals.

You only have to type 2 numbers. It shows up in the quest tab itself in a blue.

TYPE IN 42.

Took 3 hours to figure this out.

For the number puzzle in the heart room, it seems to require a completed first encounter to work. We loaded a CP at the first bomb mini-activity which is after the first encounter and went backward and the two buffs were there, but the number pads did not spawn. When we reset and re-did the first encounter, the puzzle was working correctly.

Just a PSA. You do have to hit all 4 of the random switches on the wall 2 before 1st boss and 2 after 1st boss to do weapon focusing.

The second chest room Step 9 objective also does not spawn the operator buff when you interact with the console. We only shot the two numbered panels you showed and the console just keeps saying "Access Permissions reset" as soon as we activate it. I reloaded a second encounter CP and went backward and the first two panels that were blacked out for you WERE ACTIVATED for us. The third and fourth panel were also activated, so we got all four numbers. it showed all four numbers above the operator panels but after I shot the first two, it locked the panel and the chest only had a regular drop., no class item. It also did not progress the quest.

Tried using the panel next to the tablet to reset the key, and it let me shoot more numbers but none of our other numbers let us activate the tablet again to get the class item. However, 42 DID let us get it, even though our number was 3421. It looks like the quest step itself has the number 42 on it so I guess its trying to tell us to do that. You can also switch characters to get the class item on all characters in one instance.

My heart room didnt update after opening the first secret chest. (No numbered pannels showed up) Any idea why? Im probably going to have to reload the entire dungeon.

Hey so in one of the jumping puzzles, like in dsc at the end of atrax jumping puzzle where you find the datapad ?

Well in vespers host one of the jumping puzzles has a similar hangar type structure and you have to go foward to progress, but if you actually go left and go to the other hangar on that side, theres a door that has a fallen barrier that I couldnt enter, but i saw a dreg with and operator buff shooting at panels. Hope this helps
