Spicy Rum Chicken Recipe:-
Ingredients:-
750g Chicken legs,
2 tbsp Curd,
2 tsp Kashmiri Chilly powder,
1 tsp Cumin powder,
1 tsp Cumin powder,
¼ tsp Turmeric powder,
1 tsp Salt,
½ Lemon juice,
1 tbsp Mustard Oil,
Mix well and soak for 30 to 60 mins,
And Bake at 185⁰C for 40 mins,

Rum Sauce Making:-
50g Butter,
5 Garlic cloves (Chopped),
1 tsp Oregano seasoning,
1 tsp Thyme,
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce,
1 tbsp dark Soy sauce,
30ml Rum,
Add Baked Chicken legs, ,
Stir for 2 to 3 mins on medium flame,
