I've been blessed this year. i have a large supply of ladybugs protecting my fig tree and a load of honey bees enjoying the split and soured figs i missed picking because of weather. I'm one happy lady

Down here in Florida, we swear by BT, it works great on all the Florida bugs, I'm sure it will do well in Michigan

Lady bugs can be so beneficial. We struggle with actually getting them to the garden.

A lot of gardeners believe when it comes to sprayers not to put compost tea after having pesticides in a sprayer and visa versa. Another words once a sprayer is used for pesticides never to be used for anything but pesticides.

Thanks for good tips. I will try to attract some ladybugs into my garden. I have a big mosquito problem though.. It takes all the pleasure away from working in the garden. Do you have any suggestions?

do you have any fig trees, I live in Illinois, an planted one late spring of last year it was doing good an we got a few figs but after winter it seemed to have black fuzzy spots an the limbs would break off an were black inside any ideas what happen
