6. Thyme \ Rosemary \ Basil (optional)
7. Soaked Cashews (overnight in water or 1 hour in hot water)
8. Turmeric
9. Curry Powder
10. Coriander Powder
11. Chilly Powder \ Fresh Chillies
12. Rock Salt
13. Cumin Powder
14. Dried Fenugreek Leaves [ "Kasuri Methi" ]

---Cauliflower Rice--- Cauliflower, Italian Seasoning, Lime Juice, Rock Salt

---Pick vegetables of your choice for Salad.
